How far in advance should I enquire about availability?
For longer stays of a month or more, reaching out four to six weeks ahead is generally comfortable. The Grand Residence, given its size, is best enquired about two to three months in advance, particularly for gatherings or milestone occasions. We are always willing to check short-notice availability.
Are shorter stays โ less than a full month โ possible?
Our pricing is structured per month, though we do consider stays of two weeks or more depending on property and season. Please mention your preferred duration when you write, and we will let you know what is workable.
What is included in the monthly rate?
Inclusions differ by property. The Longhouse Stay includes communal breakfasts and guided excursions. The Wellness Villa includes access to wellness sessions and the mineral pool. The Grand Residence includes full household staff services. We provide a complete inclusions list as part of every enquiry response.
Can properties accommodate dietary requirements or accessibility needs?
Yes, and we encourage guests to share any requirements early so arrangements can be made properly. Dietary preferences โ including halal, vegetarian, and allergy considerations โ are handled with care across all properties. Accessibility requirements can be discussed so we can confirm suitability before your stay.
How does the enquiry and confirmation process work?
Once you send an enquiry, a member of our team responds within one working day. We ask a few questions to understand your needs, then provide detailed property information, availability, and pricing. Confirmation is followed by a straightforward booking agreement. There is no pressure at any stage.
Is it appropriate to visit a property before committing?
Where possible, we are happy to arrange a viewing visit for longer stays, particularly the Grand Residence or Wellness Villa. For those travelling from outside Malaysia, we can arrange a detailed video walkthrough with a team member present to answer questions in real time.
